I’m Waseem Kazzah, CPA, and I’m running for Ward 7 because residents deserve a city that is affordable, accountable, and focused on real results.
Protect taxpayers and spend every dollar with discipline and purpose.
Make sure development keeps pace with the infrastructure that supports it.
Improve roads and transit and reduce congestion across the ward.
Bring openness and clear answers to City Hall.
Support housing that is realistic, sustainable, and within reach.
London is growing rapidly, and that’s a good thing. But growth needs to be managed responsibly.
Too many residents are paying more in taxes but feeling like they’re getting less in return. Traffic is getting worse. Housing is getting harder to find and harder to afford. And frustration with city spending is at an all-time high.
I believe government should work efficiently, deliver results, and respect the taxpayers who fund it all.
As a CPA with experience in both the private sector and municipal operations, I understand how budgets work, how organizations can improve, and how to hold people accountable for results.
“City Hall needs people who understand how organizations operate, how money is spent, and how to improve services without wasting taxpayer dollars.”

taxes, increasing traffic congestion, housing unaffordability, and unsupported population growth
that is not always matched with the infrastructure and services needed and which residents rely
on.. He believes growth must be planned responsibly, with real investments in roads, transit,
housing, and community services
